The Law Offices Of Mark A. Risi is comprised of
Mark A. Risi, and legal assistants Yvonne L. Pearson and Mary Ann
Duxbury. Mr. Risi believes it is important to provide personal representation
to his clients. This way the clients have the ability to contact
the attorney when they want to. Unlike other some of the bigger
firms, you will always meet with an attorney during the first interview.
The attorney will explain your rights, discuss the strengths and
weaknesses of your case and answer your questions.
It
is the firm's philosophy to work as hard as possible to obtain a
satisfactory settlement of your claim. Sometimes, however, an insurance
company will not make a reasonable offer to settle your case. In
such an instance, the firm may recommend filing a suit on your behalf.
Nobody likes to be sued and we do not want to file frivolous or
unwarranted lawsuits. There is enough of that today. However, sometimes
it is absolutely necessary to file a lawsuit and the firm will do
so when necessary to protect your rights and force the insurance
companies to pay fair and reasonable compensation. Of course, the
pros and cons and potential ramifications of filing suit will be
discussed with you before we file and the decision will be yours
to make.
